Offering restorative and therapeutic massage therapy.

Listening carefully, I design each session to meet your unique needs. I can use gentle relaxing techniques all the way up to very deep tissue. You can expect a safe, relaxing and therapeutic experience.

I've trained in traditional and western massage therapies over the past decade. My tools are Craniosacral therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports, Prenatal Massage, Essential Oils, lymphatic drainage and accupressure.

My goals are to Reduce stress - Eliminate or reduce soft tissue pain - Restore Health.
