đź’ĄAre hidden traumas holding back your success?đź’Ą

As a hypnotherapist and yoga healer, I’ve worked with countless professionals struggling under the hidden weight of trauma—often without even realizing it. Trauma doesn’t just show up in moments of stress; it embeds itself in our careers, our performance, and our ability to succeed.

Here are six real-life examples of how unresolved trauma holds professionals back—and how recognizing these patterns is the first step to freedom:

👉Fear of Public Speaking
You’re brilliant at what you do, yet the moment you’re asked to present or speak up, you freeze. One client confided that growing up, they were constantly criticized for “talking too much” or “saying the wrong thing.” It became safer to stay silent. Today, this fear costs them promotions and opportunities to shine in their field.

👉Imposter Syndrome
Despite outward success, you secretly feel like a fraud. A client once told me, “No matter how much I achieve, it feels like it’s never enough.” For them, childhood experiences of being dismissed or overlooked created a belief that success must be earned through relentless effort—or it could all vanish.

👉Difficulty Networking
“I just hate networking events. I never know what to say.” Does this resonate? Another client shared that being rejected in school left them feeling unworthy of connection. As a result, they now avoid situations that could expand their professional network and open new doors.

👉Fear of Delegation
Perfectionism isn’t a badge of honor; it’s a heavy weight. A client who once micromanaged everything confessed that growing up, mistakes weren’t just corrected—they were punished. Delegating feels like handing over control, which feels far too risky. This fear kept them trapped in overwork, unable to scale their success.

👉Struggles with Assertiveness
Do you find yourself saying “yes” when every fiber of your being is screaming “no”? One client shared how early punishment for expressing needs taught them to avoid conflict at all costs. Now, in their career, they shy away from negotiating raises or setting boundaries, leaving them undervalued and overwhelmed.

👉Fear of Visibility Online
Ever felt paralyzed at the thought of posting on LinkedIn or showing up on video? One client told me, “I’m afraid of being judged—it’s easier to stay invisible.” Childhood bullying had left them equating visibility with pain. This fear blocked their personal brand and opportunities to grow their business.

If you see yourself in any of these examples, know this: you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. Trauma isn’t a life sentence. Using cutting-edge neuroplasticity and memory reconsolidation techniques, we can target and delete the emotional learnings driving these patterns—permanently.

🔥What are your priorities? 🔥

Taste or life?

Cheese or your breasts?

Humans are the only mammals on the face of the planet who refuse to wean in infancy.

Not only that! We continue to breastfeed into adulthood but not on our own mother or at least another member of our own species: a neighbour or a coworker

But on a furry stranger!! With hoofs!!

Such aberration from nature while useful in times of starvation thousands of years ago when the average human mortality was 25 years so we had to resort to deviant behavior to survive is embarrassing today.

Finally the time has come at last to wean off bovine breast. We have so many options to mimic the unhealthy cancerogenic habit:

oat milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, rice milk, soy milk, almond milk etc

Not your mother. Not your milk. Detail in comments.

REPOST Dan Buettner

I met 102-yr-old Nicolo Quagliana while searching for new blue zones in Sicily.

Of the 300+ centenarians I’ve interviewed, Nicolo looked the youngest and radiated a gentle intelligence. He spent his life as a farmer and shepherd, raising his four children. His wife died 20 years ago.

Here are the 9 pearls of wisdom I learned from him:

1) Is pasta good for you: “I eat spaghetti with garlic and olive almost every day.”
2) Meat: “I could never afford eating it and when I could at age 80, I couldn’t digest it.”
3) Fish: “We never ate it in our village and the first time I tried it at age 25, I didn’t like it.”
4) Everyday Foods: “Toasted fava beans, bread, figs, and wild greens.”
5) Favorite Food: “I want my last meal to be green beans.”
6) Wine: “I drink one glass of red wine every day with lunch.”
7) Secret to Longevity: “Go to church weekly and have faith in God.”
8) Living Arrangements: “I lived by myself until age 98, now I live with my 4 children, moving from house to house.”
9) Biggest Regret: “Nothing. I’d do it all over exactly the same way.”
