I love creating unique cakes. This is one of my favourite projects where I had the opportunity to stretch my skills. Let me tell you - positioning something white on red fondant is not for the faint of heart! (You have one shot...one opportunity 😉)

Please enjoy a scaled up iconic can of Coco Cola! I may have done a deep dive into the history as I was searching for images.

Huge shout out to for the edible images and staying up late to calm me as I frantically figured out sizing (is there any other way?!) 🥰

A dream come true a few weeks ago when approached me to create a of their popular Stormburst Vessi shoes to celebrate their 7th birthday! Easiest yes. Those of you who know me personally know that I wear my Vessis on the daily! And what better company to rep for than one based in Vancouver. Happy 7th birthday !!

The sun is shining and I am looking ahead to all the engagements, weddings, and baby showers that are just around the corner this spring and summer ☀️!

I had so much fun creating this engagement cake last year. The play between buttercream and real greenery has me excited to play even more outside of the box with florals on this years' cakes.

A day late, but that chaos is the reality of life around here the last few months since the start of school and my return to work.

2023 was a year for the books. There were many moments to be grateful for, many moments to be sorrowful for, and many moments to be hopeful for. As we close off 2023 (with yet another household sickness 😑, another two visits to the hospital, and a world still at war), we look forward with a hopeful heart to what 2024 will bring. 💕 I haven't been on social media much lately - I think I need that mental health check for now, at least - but I am around and will post when I can!

For now, please enjoy these sweet little bunnies to start off the year. For a family of 3 little ones whom we all love so much!

Guess who's officially back!!

Lots of big changes over this last year, with the added (loved) chaos of our little cupcake, and baby cakes now in school! I am officially back to the dayjob, and figuring out how to make it all work while staying sane. Fellow parents, you get me.

This year I will be focusing on taking a limited number of projects and putting more energy into teaching classes, which I absolutely love! (Go check out the link in my bio.) Tell me - what would you like to learn? And in the meantime, please enjoy this style cake!
