Renée is a foodie, chef, a Registered Dietitian & entrepreneur. She teaches healthy cooking classes at The Skript Kitchen.

She has a MSc in clinical nutrition from NYU & a BSc in Biology from UCSD. She's worked in Hong Kong before returning to Vancouver. Culinary Dietitian with a love of eating, create products and just feed people good food!

Thailand at Koh Samui was an unforgettable place! Our Yoga & Wellness Retreat was held there this past January and it was an experience to cherish forever in my heart! This year our new destination is Phú Quôc Island, Vietnam ! Spend it with me to explore your self in a warmth of the island and the community we will share in our luxe villa!

On November 26th, a fire in Tai Po, Hong Kong burned for 43.5 hours. The incident killed 161, including a firefighter & injured 79. We can help in Vancouver with our community!
Proceeds will go to the HK Red Cross to support the victims of those who are suffering from this devastating loss!
