What have you been recently ?
I recently started The of (1996) and while checking the introduction this quote jumped out at me.
A couple years ago I started sensing more & more that modern psychology is essentially a rebranding of what ancient traditions already knew—so seeing it stated so directly here felt like a validation of that belief.
