I grew up as a 💪competitive gymnast.
Then an 🤸‍♀️all-star cheerleader.

Now I’m raising three all-star cheerleaders of my own🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤍

And one thing that hasn’t changed?
👉 Training hard is only half the equation. Recovery is everything.

When your body is pushed, flipped, thrown, conditioned, and asked to perform again and again — hydration isn’t optional. It’s foundational.

Why this water matters for our athletes ⬇️
• Faster recovery between practices & competitions
• Improved endurance during long training days
• Reduced muscle fatigue & soreness
• Naturally occurring electrolytes (without the sugar load)
• Joint & muscle support at a cellular level

I’ve watched the difference — in my own athletic years and now in my girls.

Less breakdown.
Better bounce back.
More consistency.

We don’t train less.
We just recover smarter.

Train hard. Recover faster. Hydrate smarter.** 💧✨

If you’re a parent of an athlete, a coach, or still training yourself — this matters more than most people realize.

DM me **“ATHLETE”** and I’ll share what we use and how we support performance naturally.

I never expected anything to change....especially not my perspective.

For years, I built something I truly loved —
unapologetically creating a beautiful life for our family in the process.

I led with integrity.
I found real meaning in the work.

That season taught me discipline.
It gave me purpose.
It provided for us in real, tangible ways.

And I’m deeply proud of what I built —
and of the women it brought into my life.

But life has a way of shifting your perspective.

When our daughter became sick during the pandemic, health became personal.
Time felt more fragile.
And I started paying closer attention to what I was carrying — emotionally, physically, even spiritually.

It wasn’t about changing anything.
It was about getting honest.

About pace.
About capacity.
About what alignment looks like now.

Some seasons ask quieter questions. What's one you've been sitting with?

I couldnt wait to no longer be pregnant and be in pain any longer but I was also so grateful I had made it to 37 weeks with twins and also so nervous for what was to come. So much was about to change. 😲
So many amazing memories were about to be made 🫶🫶🫶

For this month, I have been highlighting the most prominent symptoms of Kawasaki disease.

Knowing the symptoms of KD allows parents to bring it into the conversation with primary care providers sooner and will help avoid delayed and missed diagnoses.

A child that you love may be one of the 500 Canadian children that will be affected by Kawasaki disease this year.

Know the symptoms:
Persistent high fever lasting five or more days and two or more of the following:
• Swollen hands and feet
• Redness of the palms and soles of the feet
• Red bloodshot eyes
• Red cracked lips and red swollen tongue (“strawberry tongue”)
• Swollen lymph nodes in the neck
• Body rash, often worse in the groin

Kawasaki Disease Awareness Month- continuing to share

IVIG Treatment for Kawasaki Disease is the most widely used treatment to stop the fever and inflammation in the child's body.

It's made up of 10,00 blood donors

Help change the damaging effect on the heart. 💙

Be an advocate for your child, fight for quick and swift medical attention and trust your gut.

Gia received this treatment on day 8.
If received after day 10 most children have permanent heart damage...some result8ng in a heart transplant.

Interesting enough this is also a treatment for the 2nd rare condition she had a few years later.....

Kawasaki Awareness Month 🤍

This is the story that changed everything for our family.

It began on a Wednesday night in 2020. Just days before the world locked down.
One swollen lymph node on our daughter Gia’s neck.
Nothing that felt urgent.

Over the next eight days, symptoms appeared one by one:

• Fever of 104+ that wouldn’t come down
• Cracked, bleeding lips
• Swollen “strawberry” tongue
• Red, irritated eyes
• A bulging lymph node on the left side of her neck
• A rash that covered her
• Peeling fingers and toes
• Swollen limbs — to the point she couldn’t walk

We went to the Surrey Pediatric ER.
She was put on IV antibiotics and told to return the next day.

That next morning, the world locked down due to COVID —
and Gia was admitted to the hospital.

That’s when we eventually heard the words: Kawasaki Disease.

Kawasaki Disease is the leading cause of acquired heart disease in children.
It can lead to aneurysms, stroke, and in rare cases, death.

There is no single diagnostic test.
Doctors rely on symptoms, blood work, and clinical judgment.
Early diagnosis — ideally within the first 10 days — is critical in reducing the risk of permanent heart damage.

Until that moment, I thought we were “doing everything right.”
We had built a life. A successful business. Stability.

But watching your child battle a rare and poorly understood illness changes how you view health.

From that point on, health stopped being something we assumed and became something we actively supported more then most.

It’s why I care so deeply about foundations.
Why I talk about the body, regulation, and simple daily support.
And why this journey led me to the work I do today — helping other families start paying attention before a crisis forces them to.

If you’re a parent reading this:
If your child has a prolonged fever plus two or more of the symptoms above, ask your doctor about Kawasaki Disease.

Awareness saves lives.

🤍

If this story resonates, or you want to understand how our health journey shifted after this season, DM me “support.” I’m always open to sharing.

So many people are content with their life ... not unhappy....so things are good.
But.....
They could be great.
This is the hardest space for people to change. They arent as hungry as people who need a big change or where life has thrown things at them so they have to change...health...financial reasons.... relationships

All it takes is 1 decision to go from good to great.

My wish for you is 2026 is the year you make your life GREAT 🫶🙏
This isn't a dress rehearsal. We got 1 shot.

Who's with me??!!!

❤️❤️❤️ ❤️ 🌳💰💯
