Sareeta B. Indar Heal, evolve, & rise above stressful experiences when you choose to receive therapy from me. I am a Psychotherapist for MOMS.

I know your time is precious, and it may seem daunting to have moments to self-care & grow into the woman you yearn to be. This page is dedicated to moms who:

* feel alone
*overwhelmed
*invisible at times
*anxiety
*have times of isolation despite having a friendship circle

As well, moms are having children at a later age, & more on their plate -physically, mentally, emotionally, leaving her soul feeling low. They are wondering why they are feeling exhausted frequently. I will share possible well-researched reasons, (but still unknown to the majority of women) and what you can do about it. My method = HOLISTIC therapy:

*cognitive behavioural & solution-focussed therapy
*eclectic and definitely chatting about your soul journey is where it's at!
*let go and move forward learning beautiful meditation (aka: silent moments - a welcome change from hearing our little ones)
*heal with personalized gentle, restorative yoga postures

The majority of my counselling is not experienced in a traditional way (you behind my desk). It really is like exhaling when our confidential conversations begin; it is dynamic and you will feel flow. Asking for help maybe the hardest thing, but once you seek the help, doors open up to health and happiness. Counselling with me is purposeful and you will get revelations, many take-aways and gain clarity and direction. As for my mom gatherings: they are fun, interactive, insightful AND you will leave feeling uplifted and purposeful! My favourite offering is my ENVISION party: here you will be guided step-by-step to create the future you want! This is done 1:1 or......host a unique ENVISION (birthday) party. You and your girlfriends each create their very own ENVISION life map. Email me to get detailed information of what your ENVISION party will look like.
