What a first week of !! Such a sweet crew for rock painting and meditation on Monday, then this group of fun, roaring, goddess channeling humans....and our inspirations in calm, curiosity, and deep sunbathing rest...today. such a great way to connect with the community and gather energetic resources for the month(s) to come! Thank you for letting us play on the farm today!!

Needed this dose of renewal and hope and life yesterday during one of those delightful early spring days (the Celtic calendar of Spring starting in Feb makes all the sense to me). Maybe the first wildflowers of the season and this adorable couple will brighten your day too. 💖

What a birthday weekend! So lucky to live here. And to have the opportunities. From a sunny Caribbean beach on Monday to sunny Kulshan on Friday, to sunny Anacortes forest lands on Sunday. There's a lot of not sunny stuff around, I know. I also know that if I dwell there, they win. So Imma keep finding this sun. This is 47 and gratefully counting.

Christmas to the New Year. Walks, sun, rain, night lighting, tide pooling, chilling with tea and furry weighted blankets, plunges, sunsets, stars, and tiny sparling creatures...has been full and excellent.

Wow! What a year of firsts for me. Finally awake for my first aurora viewing tonight! The first pic is during intermission of the play I'm in (also a first, since middle school anyway), the others from after the show. Ps, come see Our Town at the SJCT!

Yesterday we drove through the rain and found light, color, and beautiful reflections of both. One year ago, our paths merged and the magic continues. I marvel at the mystery that brought us together. To walk through life with this brilliant woman adds such richness, playfulness, adventure, and love to my life and the gratitude is immeasurable. Love you

Hi friends! Been a minute since I've promoted a yoga class that I'm teaching! Excited to be doing so again! I love practicing and teaching outside so I'm really looking forward to guiding this practice in the pasture . The alpacas will be our witnesses as we play with flexibility of mind, breath, and body. Took this crew up Mt Grant this afternoon as the rain clouds broke. Got to forage my first berries of the season and share it with them...their first ever. Super special.

folks! Super excited to be full time on the island as of 2ish weeks ago! Among many other ways I'd love to engage (ceramics, celtic shamanism, music, gardening, cooking, climbing, and more) I'm really looking forward to offering this class to the community! Yoga on water is my favorite thing and the pool is a super accessible way to try it out. Warm water, no currents or wakes...come give it a shot!

When a weekend of real and in person divine vulnerability and joy, healing laughter and tears, beautiful food, and magnificent music ends with one solo night retreat waking up to the myst, the magic, I soak it all in wrapped in my favorite blanket and bask in the gratitude.
