If you won’t do it for yourself, do it for the people around you.

Your friends. Your family. Your team. Your community.

The ones who are missing out on the best parts of you, because even when you’re physically there, you’re not really there.

Do it for the opportunities that keep falling to the bottom of the list because your energy is tied up in spinning and overthinking.

Do it for you, obviously. But if that’s not enough motivation right now, let it be for them.

Here’s what I know: figuring out what’s next doesn’t have to be heavy. It can actually be kind of fun. It’s not about resumes and LinkedIn. It’s about you - your journey, what lights you up, what you actually want, who you are right now.

And if you’ve been spinning for so long you don’t even believe clarity is possible, I promise you it is. With some attention, intention, a real process, and a little human magic, you can have clarity and a plan you actually believe in.

Message me NEXT and I’ll send you the details on What’s Next - a 4-week live immersion to help you stop spinning and find your direction.

The middle zone is the hardest place to be.

Not unhappy enough to leave. Not fulfilled enough to stay. Suspended between the life you have and the one you keep almost choosing.

I lived there for years. Wanting freedom. Wanting to choose my own hours and take a yoga class on a Tuesday at 2pm if I felt like it.

But also loving the stability, the paycheck and the work I could do with my eyes closed. Which was also kind of the problem cause I need to be challenged and learning.

The pull in both directions is real. And it will keep you exactly where you are if you don’t interrupt it but it also gives you more levers to pull on in the exploration of what’s next for you.

Levers moving you forward can be things like knowing your values, building a living breathing vision of the life you actually want, getting clear on the parts of you that are ready to lead.

Levers holding you back are things like limiting beliefs, the personas you’ve been hiding behind, the scared part that wants certainty before it takes another step, the part that worries what people will think.

When you can see both sides clearly, the middle zone stops feeling like a trap and starts feeling like a starting point.

DM me NEXT and I’ll help you get through the middle zone.

Crust was cool then one day some other kid didn’t eat the crust and now it’s out and they only eat one bite from the center and are starving tiny insaniacs.

So……now I cut the crust off 🤦🏽‍♀️

Ps. Yes yes, we resisted for a while. JE maybe still does. We thought if they are hungry enough they will eat whatever is in their lunch. That is in fact not true. They will just be more insane. They are masters of stubbornness.

Anyone else out there feel like sharing “never would I ever…..unroll I became I a parent?

Oh and yes, my 3.5 year old is asking me if I’m talking to myself.

If you’re working 50 to 60 hours a week that’s literally half of your waking life!?

Half. Gone. And if that work is draining you more than filling you up, I’m genuinely sorry. That’s a hard way to live.

It doesn’t have to stay this way. I promise you.

And no, I’m not about to tell you to quit your job and start a podcast or become a coach. Maybe that’s in your future, maybe it’s not. But that’s not even the point right now.

Most leaders are so deep in the executing and life administrating and never take a moment to lift their head up and ask… wait, is this actually working for me?

Is this the life I want?

And that’s the real tragedy. Too busy and too exhausted to even notice what you’re giving up.

Imagine actually looking forward to Monday. Imagine feeling like your work fits your life instead of consuming it.

Imagine having energy left at the end of the day for the people you love, for the things that light you up, for yourself.

It is truly possible!

And it probably starts with something smaller than you think. A conversation. A boundary. A decision to finally get off autopilot for five minutes and ask what you actually want.

Maybe you’re in a stage where you can’t even imagine the possibility of feeling spacious and vibrant. That’s ok. You don’t have to.

Maybe just take one deep breath. Go look at a tree. Turn off Teams at 6pm. Start with something small and doable.

But if you are ready DM me “ready” and I’ll help you get started.

What if you’re just as wrong about the good stuff as you are about the bad?

If you’re going to make things up in your head like..

- how mad someone might be,

- what could go wrong,

- what it might mean for your team or your promotion,

- what is/is not possible

you might as well imagine the opposite too!?

-What could go so right?

-How might your life expand?

-What if your energy comes back?

“IT WENT BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED”

This is what I actually hear from clients regularly and it’s the best!

Fear, doubt, and concern all have a place.

Just not the only place especially when your current work feels like “meh” and you know something needs to shift.

What’s the best case scenario you’ve been too afraid to think about?

You don’t have to love where you are. You just have to learn from it. 🔍

There’s a reason you said yes to whatever situation you’re in right now.

Maybe it was the pay. Maybe it’s what you thought it would be but it’s not. Maybe you like the team but not the mission. Maybe you like the mission but not the day-to-day.

The options are endless, and it’s yours to discover.

Use where you are now. Mine it for information. Build your own awareness and then use that to define a living, breathing vision for your life and work.

So name 3 things, big or small, that you like about the work you’re doing right now, even if (especially if) you know it’s not for you long term.

You have to start somewhere. Might as well be now.

The easiest way to figure out what’s next for you?

Stop doing all the things that feel productive…but keep you spinning.

Updating your resume.
Tweaking LinkedIn.
Pros and cons lists.
Asking everyone else what they think.
It feels like movement…but it’s not actually getting you anywhere new.

So, what does?

Starting with the life you want
and letting that drive everything.

Not “what’s my next job?”
but “what do I actually want my days to feel like?”

Because when you start with roles, titles, and what looks good on paper…
it often feels boxed in.

You might land somewhere new…
but end up feeling the same.

Something still off.

This is especially true if you’re mid-career & you’ve built something, you’re good at what you do…
and now you’re realizing that doesn’t automatically mean it fits anymore.

When you start with the life you want, it opens things up.

More creative.
More space
More possibility.

Yes, fears will come up.
Yes, the world is changing.

We’ll get to that.

For now, you need something real to move toward.

If you’re ready to stop spinning and actually figure out what’s next (without blowing up your life)

DM me “next” and I’ll send you the details for my free masterclass.

You know that feeling when work actually feels like you? When you’re not just getting through the week, you’re clear on where you’re headed, why it matters, and alive in what you’re doing?

Most of us spend years looking for that out there. New role, new company, new title.

People are so busy keeping up that there’s no space left to actually hear themselves think.

Yet the ones who need this clarity most are usually the ones with the least space to find it.

But clarity doesn’t come from out there.

It starts with a compass pointing back to you. 🧭

That’s what April 30th is about. In 60 minutes, I’ll show you exactly how to find that compass — so you stop spinning and start moving in a direction that actually feels like you.

Not a 5-year plan. Not a crystal ball. Just the right questions, in the right order.

We’re not starting with your resume. We’re starting with you.
