Ready to deepen your practice and become a certified yoga teacher? Join our Yoga Alliance Approved 200hr YTT, starting September 2025 and running through June 2026 at Healthletica Hot Yoga + Wellness.

📅 Schedule (one weekend per month):

Friday: 6 PM – 10 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6 PM

As the founder of Healing Through Om, a registered Yoga Alliance school, Patti leads yoga teacher trainings, global retreats, and healing programs with the mission of sharing the transformative power of yoga with as many people as possible. 🌿

Her vision is simple yet powerful: to help others discover the healing, peace, and joy that yoga offers. 💫

50th reflections 💕💕

The last few days I’ve really taken the time to soak in turning 50!
✨
What I’ve come up with, is simply gratitude. I couldn’t be more grateful in this moment. 5 decades of my time here on this earth.
✨
I’ve been blessed with many good times, bad times and the in between times.
✨
What I can say is that I’m truly grateful for it all. I’ve been able to hold some of the most important roles to me. A wife, a mother, a caregiver to my grandparents and to my parents, a friend, a teacher and a forever student.
✨
I’m grateful I get to turn 50! Not everyone does.
I’m grateful for my angels who keep watch over me.
✨
I’m grateful for all the experiences past and all the experiences yet to come.
✨
I’m grateful for my circle of friends; and I notice as the years go by, the circle gets smaller, but more impactful and dear to me.
✨
I’m grateful to my girls who have given me the important role of being their mama. There is no greater honour for me.
✨
And to my love Anthony, forever grateful for this precious journey we are on together.

Happy International Yoga Day 🧘

Friday mornings, I lead a an amazing group of men through a yoga flow as part of their recovery.

I show up for them. But today, I needed them as much as they needed me. I didn’t feel like getting up this morning. It’s been a tough week for me emotionally and physically. The humidity really affects my joints and my mood. It’s been a tough one, not gonna lie.

But the beautiful thing about yoga is that it’s there to carry you through the good, bad and really bad times. Your mat is always there waiting to support and nurture you. The hardest part is showing up. But once you do, I promise you’ll feel better.
