Did this today! Woop man does my nervous system ever feel mellowed out after practicing some of these energy medicine techniques for PTSD and Shock/Overwhelm. These sessions can be done long distance also!

One of the most valuable lessons I learned going to Métis culture week was to meal prep and clean the week before your moon time so you can just rest and recharge 🥰 blessed are those cared for abundantly even if it’s self care
