I am thrilled to participate in an upcoming community program. I work one day a week with our local Primary Care Network, which is why you won’t find any availability at Inner Strength Wellness on Wednesdays.

Join Inner Strength Wellness and The Nest Project for a 5 week therapeutic group. This small, supportive group is designed for women who feel stretched thin, burnt out, or disconnected from their sense of self. If you find yourself trying to do it all, being highly self-critical, or longing for a different way of living, this group offers space to pause, reflect, and realign. Join us as we work toward more intentional, grounded, and inspired living.
The group will run out of The Nest Project Studio on Monday evenings from January 12th-February 9th from 6:30pm-7:45pm. Investment for the group is $400, please check your benefit plans for group therapy coverage. Space is limited, to save your spot please email: kerrilorenson@gmail.com or vanessaboe3@gmail.com. If you would like to have a consult call with either therapist to see if this group could be a good fit, that can absolutely be arranged prior to registering.
