Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving🦃
Refreshingly cold mornings, two deep fried turkeys and a whole lotta stuffing later - I’m back in office this afternoon!

There are a few spots open still in October plus the waitlist as cancellations are happening 🤒 sick season is upon us!
Friendly reminder to please contact me directly to cancel if you are sick, I can always reschedule & squeeze you in somewhere once you’re feeling better but I wouldn’t be able to reschedule a week worth of clients if I got sick 😊 thank you!

I’m so incredibly thankful for the support from all my clients and friends/family this past year!
I’ve been in three separate clinics as an RMT and now onto my second Locum and couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities that lie ahead

New clinic - things to know 👇🏼

✨ We have reception!! You can now call to book an appointment if technology is not your forte

✨There is a parking lot! I’ve been located downtown Vernon for the past year which can make parking tricky some days - I am happy to say VCAM has a parking lot right in front of the building!

✨I will no longer be in clinic on Thursdays

✨I am accepting new patients again! As my locum at cobblestone has ended I have room to take on new clients come May. Both April and May schedules are open in online booking (link in bio)

The first month of ✨2025✨ is half over already!

In my practice I’ve asked each of my clients:
What is your one big goal in 2025 with me as your RMT?
Some of the goals I’ve heard are…
- To put on and tie my shoes without pain
- To be able to hold my toddler again for longer than a couple minutes at a time
- To trail run again in the spring

Each of you have a different goal that you’re working towards - each requires different treatment goals and homecare!

I am excited to see everyone meet their goals and see what this new year brings to enhance my skills as a ✨
