Helping create, coordinate, manage, and hold space for The New Human events is an honour that I can hardly describe.

The process behind Interstellar had more moving pieces than you can imagine. I truly don’t know how just the three of us think it all up. Kevin, Heidi, and I play our roles well - we know our strengths and weaknesses, we fill the gaps for each other, and somehow also think as one.

Last year’s event, Regeneration, completely changed my life - true to its name, my entire being went through a total regeneration. And now, I can feel Interstellar working on me deeply. I’m absorbing more light - I can feel it, sense it, and witness it more and more as the days go on. I’m not sure what that’s going to mean for my life this coming year, but I’m excited to find out.

Kevin and Heidi, thank you for being my ride or dies. The changes each event brings are never as scary because I know you’ll both be right there with me on the other side.
I love you both, and thank you for loving me back.

I know that this next year of planning The New Human Re-Union is going to be another epic, life altering journey, and I’m here for it.

The Art of Embodiment

In a time where we’re surrounded by activations, new experiences, challenging spiritual moments, and rough awakenings, or on the other side, gentle nudges of change, whispers of evolution, and the softening of our edges, we can’t step into the next iteration of self until we pause to digest and embody.

Stillness.
Zach Bush spoke about this at The New Human Interstellar.

Grounded. Here. Human.

On this journey towards essentially saving the planet from demise, becoming human before becoming anything more is the medicine.

Zach spoke about the darkness that has engulfed humanity.
Though it can be hard to face, the only way to create more light
is through transmutation of that darkness.

And to transmute it, we have to recognize it.
We have to feel it.

Each time we move through that darkness, it lifts.
Each time we go deep into our emotional realm,
we become more human -
more compassionate, more loving, more alive.

Can we find the courage to step into the uncomfortable places?
Can we find the capacity in our nervous systems to feel the full spectrum of human emotion?

Can we become human -
a species that is in right relationship with the planet,
and with each other?

Can we come out of judgement and into integrity?

If we could find enough stillness in the dark...
could we create the light?

Last year, I had a daydream. In it, I was on stage at CCBloom during a festival. It wasn’t just any festival, I was the host/emcee, and I also got to facilitate. It was a Wild & Wise Festival, something I imagined holding at CCBloom one day. At the time, I didn’t have the capacity to make it happen, so I let the dream go.

And then, as if carried on the wind, Candice from CCBloom picked up that daydream. Without ever hearing it, she felt inspired to create a wellness festival with her favourite practitioners. And then, as if it was already written, CCBloom asked me to emcee and to facilitate as a main speaker.

Honestly, it wasn’t until a few weeks after I said yes that it hit me: Candice and her team had made my dream come true. What I imagined became real through Wellness & Wildflowers instead of Wild & Wise.

This experience has lit a fire in me like never before to keep dreaming big. You never know who’s listening to your whispers in the wind, especially among the wildflowers…

Huge thank you to the entire CCBloom team for bringing such a beautiful day to life. And most of all, thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts to receive.

I heard such powerful shares throughout the day that there’s no doubt in my heart that Wellness & Wildflowers made a big impact.

Who am I and what do I do? I am a 6/2 Splenic Projector. Projectors have a unique ability to see what other types cannot. Our auras are designed to pe*****te deep into people’s hearts, giving us an unprecedented ability to feel deeply into the place of your personal truth. This ability has given me the gift of deep compassion and love for humanity as I feel the individual realities in each person.

Add the energy of the 6 in my profile numbers and you have me sitting on the roof observing life with a birds eye view.

So one perspective is from deep within, and the other from high above.

Another addition of two 17’s in my Gene Key’s profile, the key of The Oracle, and you can see that I really wanted the gift of sight as my vehicle for this lifetime.

I can’t think of a more perfect job to make use of my soul’s vehicle than the one that I am currently doing. I use my “vehicle”, the wisdom of my soul and my training in BodyTalk, massage therapy, yoga and shamanism to literally look within, to see people and the collective, without judgement, just curiosity on how their unique story has created their unique life. I work with that story to unwind within you what no longer serves.

I bring the message and the healing that is of priority in the moment. The modality of BodyTalk is to respond to priority, to what needs to be shifted according to the innate wisdom within all of us vs the agenda of the mind. This medicine is quantum in nature and based on consciousness.

Consciousness is the ground that we all live from, everything stems from it - your emotional, physical, energetic, relational and spiritual reality.

My 20 years of being a clinical practitioner have led me to a place where I can say that the root of our issues comes from our conscious and subconscious relationship to the world within and around us. How we are programmed is the instruction to your reality.

Let’s talk about ascension.

For me, it often follows a season of deep inner work - a few potent BodyTalk sessions, or the soul quaking initiation of fully surrendering to a moment that asked everything of me.

And then something opens.
I become ripe for what I call inner deaths.

Some of them are soft, gentle releases of who I no longer am, drifting back to my higher self with a quiet wave. Others tear through me, dramatic and raw, shedding layers that clung like second skin.

Each fragment that leaves has served its purpose. And in its passing, space is made for something new to arrive.

And when it does…
It’s bliss.
It’s clarity.
It’s the kind of joy that comes not from something happening to me, but from something being reborn within me.

The integration has its own rhythm. But when the new self fully lands, I feel it from my skin to my soul.

The way I think changes.
The way I feel life changes.
I walk differently. Speak differently.
Even the silence feels more alive.

There’s a shimmering quality to the world, the veil thins, and I’m moving through life just a little more awake, a little more me.

Ascension is a death without dying.
And on the other side, it feels like flying.
