Single. Married. Dating. “It’s complicated.”
Self-pleasure is a normal part of s*xuality for many people, regardless of whether they have a partner.

In fact, many women find that solo intimacy helps them:
• stay connected to their bodies
• understand what feels good
• support arousal and lubrication
• reduce stress
• improve confidence and communication with partners

Because despite all the stigma, shame, and awkward silence around it, self-pleasure is a completely normal part of health and wellbeing.

And for midlife women especially, it can support:
