Mikkie is a mother of 4, a Certified Holistic/Sports Nutritionist, BCRPA Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist and a Pelvic Floor Specialist. In the last few years she wanted to give herself a challenge in a sport she never tried. "Body Building," Competing in Figure and Fitness, winning her class in Fitness in 2007 as well as winning the BCRPA Personal Trainer Award 2006. Mikkie specializes in nutrition and weight loss as well as weight gain. The key to success is diet plus exercise. She was born with a birth defect in her lower back and knows the delicate manner which traumas needs to be trained needs to be trained. Mikkie also works with clients who have early stages of Parkinson's Disease, incontinence issues, and of course Pre/Postnatal women.

There’s a difference between working out and training with plan. At DEEM, we have a success proven process. ⬇️

1. Free Consultation
- During your consult, you can get a feel for our space as well as go over your health and fitness goals with our owner Mikkie.

2. Deciding your Membership
- Based on your specific goals, we will help you pick a membership that best suits your needs and budget.

3. Getting Started
- Depending on your membership (either our Small Group Training option or our Full Access plan) you will get started working out with a trainer by your side.

4. Getting Comfortable
- To keep you progressing, we will have you book in for body measurements every 2 weeks. This is a great way to keep track of what’s working and what isn’t, and go over any concerns or questions you may have.

Many of our clients have started in a gym countless times… but this is the first time they KNOW they’re sticking with it.

Because this time, they’re not guessing. They’re following a plan that works.
