If you're like me, strength training is about the long game.

It's about building the capacity to do the things I enjoy outside of the gym, WELL.
It's also about being physically prepared for the inevitable injuries that come with living an active life.
AND it's about being able to stay active as long as my body will let me.

Bottom line, you're gonna get thirsty. It's a lot harder to dig that well when you're thirsty.

Most injury rehab programs fail—not because they’re wrong, but because they don’t fit real life. Here’s why:

❌ They don’t integrate with your training. Rehab exercises are often an afterthought, not built into your existing routine. If they don’t work with your sport, they’re easy to skip.

❌ There’s no accountability. Without check-ins or a clear plan, it’s easy to push rehab aside, especially when life gets busy.

❌ Paper exercise sheets get lost. Let’s be real—those printed routines end up crumpled in a gym bag or forgotten in a drawer.

❌ Progress is hard to track. If you don’t know how you’re improving, it’s hard to stay motivated or adjust when needed.

❌ Your doctor doesn’t have enough data to adjust your plan. Without feedback on what’s working (or not), it’s tough for your provider to make the right recommendations to move you forward.
