Mindfulness Day 3!
Commitment > Cravings
Although there’s a lot of discussion about holiday temptations, it can happen at any time. Morning, noon, night, you could be tempted to stray from Protocol but you won’t!
Why? 👇
Because this is the time you’ll look back on and say; “That’s when it all changed.”
“I didn’t give up, I stayed consistent.” ❤️🩹
“I committed to my health and Protocol.” ⚡️
“Look how much I’ve accomplished since then from staying committed.” 🔋
Results stay, and so does regret unless action is taken for a less regrettable future.
