Commitment > Cravings

Although there’s a lot of discussion about holiday temptations, it can happen at any time. Morning, noon, night, you could be tempted to stray from Protocol but you won’t!

Why? 👇

Because this is the time you’ll look back on and say; “That’s when it all changed.”

“I didn’t give up, I stayed consistent.” ❤️‍🩹
“I committed to my health and Protocol.” ⚡️
“Look how much I’ve accomplished since then from staying committed.” 🔋

Results stay, and so does regret unless action is taken for a less regrettable future.

Reflection time: (try journaling about this!)

Emotions flow like water, and stopping yourself from feeling them creates emotional blocks that over time become dams.

You are allowed to feel frustrated, disappointed and annoyed but how you choose to carry on from those emotional states determines how you live. You can have bad days- but it doesn’t mean you have a bad life 🫂 Choose to move with love for yourself, your life and your body.
