See, Speak, and Be, Loved

See, Speak, and Be, Loved See, Speak, and Be, Loved is the celebration of our Leading Mode of Emotion and how it influences our perception of the abundance of Love.

See, Speak, and Be, Loved is also about erasing the perception of the scarcity of love, and opens the way for deeper connections, hope, and healing. See, Speak, and Be, Loved utilizes the emotional indicators that facilitate the recognition our three Modes of Emotion and how we perform our "leading" Mode.

“Entertaining, insightful and revealing” are usually the descriptors used by participants in my workshops as we discover our leading Mode of Emotion and how it governs the delivery of everything we feel. We learn how it influences our happiness - in our relationship with ourselves, in our choice of career, our recreational pursuits, and even how we spend our money. We also develop an appreciation and respect for the those whose preference is another Mode and how that influences our interpretation of their emotions and intent. But the best part is recognizing the love that surrounds us and how this understanding can enrich and enhance every relationship in our lives whether at home, at work, in our communities, or the world at large. As an experienced Program Facilitator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and 30+ years experience in the theatre industry, I have witnessed time and time again how valuable and timely this skill set is. I love people and I love to teach! My group facilitated presentations can run from an introductory 90 to three hour workshop. I offer private sessions in person or on any video-telephone product. I present to family services, non-profit organizations, business organizations, and leadership seminars in Canada and the United States. Please call or email me and we can discuss how I can best serve you! Please look for the publication of my book, See, Speak, and Be, Loved coming soon!

In my workshops, I do a section on "we are the world" - meaning what ever our Leading Mode is, we assume the rest of the world is the same. We innocently "teach" each other what is most important... to us! Thank you to the Visuals and Kinesthetics for your thoughts on this. But to an Auditory....Love IS what you say!

How do Kinesthetics bless the world??
I was able to visit at length with my friend yesterday who leads Kinesthetically and teach her about our leading Mode of Emotion. She had been comparing herself to others who were Visuals and Auditories and I just couldn't listen any longer to the shame she was attaching to how she navigated her life.
Kinesthetics bless us with.....

Last month I attended a three-day theatre master class in the Beautiful Banff Centre for the Arts. It was taught by a professional who delivered all her emotions kinaesthetically. It was such a joy to be in her class and I simply reveled in all her approaches because they were at once so classic Kinaesthetic and brilliantly professional. (let me clarify – we typically teach people that “professional” means Visual so I LOVE it when “rules” are broken)

She was dressed comfortably and layered (prepared to become comfortable if she wasn’t!) and then sat down in the circle and kind of curled up on her chair. Her opening statement is one I will remember for a very long time. In reference to the agenda she had written, she stated it was made without our presence nor our energy and so therefore was only one possible road map to our destination. “Time”, she stated, “is a resource, not a tool of oppression.”

There it is!! That wonderful gift the Kinaesthetics give the rest of us – an understanding of the companionship of time. And true to her belief time was never the cause of ending a discussion, skipping over important thoughts, nor dictating pace.
