Hey Everyone! I'm excited to announce that I have created a Creative Mindfulness Walk along the Gorge Waterway path in Saanich, as part of Saanich's Family Arts "Family Bubble" Festival 2021! I have installed seven art pieces that can be viewed, while listening to downloadable mindfulness prompts, written and read by me.
