Menopausal moodiness is such a common experience for women in midlife especially who come to me in my practice.

The mood swings, irritability, low energy, difficulty concentrating etc can feel so overwhelming. It comes out of nowhere and can feel especially challenging in midlife.

It is all linked to your hormones.
