What to do when you feel tired & hungry (I call this TUNGRY)

You feel hungry with cravings & low energy midday but you are eating healthy & getting in quality sleep…

Or maybe you are not eating well & also not sleeping well

You probably just need to flush out the natural adenosine in your brain, get in more exercise & consume less caffeine so that you sleep better at night.

This can truly happen at anytime…morning, noon & evening as adenosine flows in naturally to help us stay calm, focused & to regulate our inner organs & brain function.

Quick fix is to jump up & get moving.

Go for a walk. Do some jumping jacks.

Have a healthy snack & or light meal if you need to eat.

Get a huge glass of water & get your body moving.

You’ll wake up & feel a lot more refreshed this way.
