An afternoon of fun and fitness at Bright Angel Regional Park to support mental health awareness!
This inspiring event will feature two incredible guest speakers, a guided warm up, a body weight fitness workout, and a grounding yoga and meditation practice. We'll close with prize giveaways for attendees.

Let's normalize the conversation about mental health and get active in support of mental health initiatives in our community. See you there!

Check out our workshop Su***de Eduction & Awareness (SEA): For Adults to learn how you can start the conversation and support the people around you.

This workshop will be free of charge in recognition of World Su***de Prevention Day. September 10th, 2025, 6:30pm

In this workshop we will discuss the stigma that surrounds su***de, the importance of normalizing conversations around the topic and how we can support those around us that may be struggling.
