There’s something magical about foraging your own food! And nothing really compares to wild foods in terms of nutrition.

They haven’t been hybridized, sprayed, manipulated, or domesticated in any way, and they show up when our bodies need them most. They carry the frequency of the land, connecting us to place and supporting our resilience.

Wild foods are:
