WestShore Sh*to-Ryu Karate We are a community dojo interested in the physical health and mental wellbeing that results from karate training. Kids classes in Sept.

Everyone is welcome (12 and up) with no martial arts experience. Classes are Monday and Thursday evening for an hour.

We're excited to announce the start of our Kids Program for Ages 6 to 11. Classes will be once a week (for now) on Mondays from 5 to 6pm at the Colwood Community Hall 2219 Sooke Rd. First class Sept 22. No previous martial arts experience necessary. Please message me for more details.
