Last day of retreat on Salt Spring at Magical Stowel Lake Farm. Feeling grateful, accomplished and warm inside from all the love shared by all the participants, farm community and teachers who sprinkled their gifts into this retreat and helped me lead.

So many happy moments … in nature, hiking to the ocean, sitting out with lovely people, enjoying amazing food , guest teachers like guiding beautiful practices, and having Melissa join for our last fully day at this retreat on Salt Spring.
