SoulFull Offerings with Tatjana Come and experience a gentle and serene yoga class, honouring your Body, practiced in chairs and on I live in this beautiful city of Victoria, B.C.

I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, a certified Curvy Yoga Instructor, as well as Yoga For Round Bodies certified. and my intention is to share this yoga with anyone who feels that THIS is what they are looking for!! It will be an honour to guide you in SoulFull Yoga, an inclusive, warm, safe and welcoming space...no judgements, no competition, no shaming. This will be a more serene, peaceful, gentle practice, connecting more to ourselves, our Bodies, our Spirit. Breath-work, poses on mats and/or chairs, honouring ourselves where we are, right now.
