Long before superstition turned it into a symbol of bad luck, Friday the 13th was deeply connected to the Divine Feminine. Friday is named after the Norse goddess Freya, a powerful deity of love, fertility, magic, and beauty. She embodied independence, sensuality, and the sacred power of feminine creation.

And the number 13?In ancient cultures it represented the lunar cycles of the year- 13 full moons, mirroring the rhythm of the feminine body and the cycles of nature.

Together, Friday and 13 once symbolized fertility, intuition, creativity, and feminine wisdom. Many historians believe the day was later demonized during the suppression of goddess traditions and feminine spiritual power.

So instead of fearing Friday the 13th, what if we reclaimed it?

🌕✨ Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse Energy

Did anyone catch the lunar eclipse this morning?Even if you didn’t see it with your eyes… I’m guessing most of you felt it.

Lunar eclipses are powerful portals of release, revelation, and realignment. This Blood Moon illuminated what’s been hidden, stirred emotions to the surface, and asked us to let go of what no longer serves our highest path.

You may have noticed:
-Intense dreams (I did!)
-Heightened emotions
-Sudden clarity or breakthroughs
-A deep need to rest, release, or reset (yep!)

This is potent heart-and-soul energy. An invitation to shed old layers and step more fully into your authentic self.

I love to honour these cosmic moments as opportunities for deep energetic clearing and renewal. If this eclipse stirred something within you, trust that. Your body and spirit are always communicating.
