1. Where do I feel the most safe birthing my baby?
2. Does my birth team believe in my plan?
3. Is my partner prepared to support me?
4. Have I helped my body feel strong in this pregnancy?
5. What food with fuel my labour?
6. Who is going to advocate for my birth preferences?
7. What do I need in my birth space to help me feel safe?
8. Does my provider & birth location align with my values?
9. Has my provider witnessed & supported the type of birth I desire?
10. What expectations do I have of my birth team during this experience?
