Introducing Olivia, C.A.R.E. Counselling and Coaching's newest Child and Youth Therapist!

Olivia is available Monday and Tuesday evenings and works with children 4+ in person in Waterloo Region.

She will also be running a youth Mindful Journalling Group this summer. Details to follow shortly.

Join us this summer (in Waterloo) for our drop-in Mindful Journalling Group for Teens and Young Adults!

This group will be offered on either Wednesday evening or Thursday afternoon beginning July 16th & 17th. You can pre-register for the dates that work for you as we know that folks will be on holidays and therefore there isn't a weekly commitment to attend.

We love that this group will allow for participants to develop the skill of mindfulness, journalling, and self-reflection. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for people to create some connections and get to spend some time outdoors.
