Terry Fox was always a person that I can recall who provided a level of emotional inspiration, which continues to move me today. Against all excuses and uneven odds, Terry rose up to the call of action and faced his challenge head on; for himself and for the countless cancer patients and survivors. A true hero rises to the call and even after their time still continues to provide hope and faith to those who may not see the brightness of tomorrow. May his sacrifice and action be not in vein; and that we, as the people, continue to support such integrity and strength in others so that we may all rise up to the challenges in our lives.

On September 20, 2020 I will be covering the distance of 35KM within the Niagara region. This approximates what Terry ran in one day during his Marathon of Hope, which he consecutively ran for 143 days.

Please help me support and raise $500 for this great cause. I have already sponsored myself 10% of my goal.

Progressions to improve throwing wattage.

Also testing out my left shoulder after improving scapular stability and some software updates to outsmart my hardware deficits.

I can hardly feel the instability to the degree I almost want to ask myself, what torn labrum..?

If I tried this few months back, I'd probably be doing self non-stop for a week while ceasing any upper body movements and cringing at my own discomfort lol.

Felt strong and intact today post movement testing.

Still out here trying to !

Had my very first float experience!

The plan was to do visualization and meditation but I guess I was tired enough that I slept for most of it lol..

However, I woke up feeling brand spanking new. I can't believe I haven't tried this any sooner, the recovery is unreal! I aim to make floating a part of my recovery routine. After adjusting to it the first 5-10 minutes, it was all smooth sailing from there. Definitely feel lighter and decompressed throughout my body.

Officially a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT)! What an amazing 9 days of learning with a group of amazing ladies. The focus was on physiology, pathophysiology, and the treatment of the lymphatic system.

I am excited to be able to provide a standard of care to a poorly understood, often misdiagnosed and untreated disease. In North America, one of the highest risk to developing a life-long disease of lymphedema often happens after surgical dissection or radiation therapy of cancer. Often, the victims of cancer and the treatment of cancer leads to an impaired lymphatic system. Obesity is your number one risk and chronic venous insufficiency is your second.

I am now able to provide Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), composing of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Compression Therapy. Partnering with Niagara Therapeutics Inc., a full lymphedema treatment centre is now available in Welland.

What an amazing experience being a part of Jean Vanier Secondary School's fair!

I taught 4 workshops relating to , , and .

I was too absorbed into teaching the workshops that I don't have many photographs to share but thankfully one of the teachers caught me in the moment 🙏.

I was extremely to have shared knowledge that has shaped me to become who I am. I have faith that some of the students today will take this knowledge with them to improve their lives to become mentally resilient and go accomplish big things for the world and the future.
