💙Third Eye – intuition, clarity, wisdom

This is the heart of healthy boundaries. When we learn to protect our emotional, mental, and physical energy, we create space for peace, clarity, and healing.
It’s okay to step back.
It’s okay to say no.
It’s okay to protect your peace.

Boundaries aren’t about shutting people out—they’re about honoring yourself enough to decide what’s healthy for you. When we give from a place of balance, instead of burnout, we show up more fully in all areas of life.

✨If these signs feel familiar, your body’s asking for regulation, not more pressure. Here are supportive ways to help soothe your system, grounded in psychotherapy and mind-body practices:

🧠 Connect with safe people
Co-regulation calms the nervous system. Gentle, grounding presence from someone you trust can be deeply healing.

🌬️ Notice body sensations
Pause and track how stress shows up in your body—without trying to fix it. Awareness builds regulation.

🌿 Move rhythmically
Walking, yoga, or swaying to music discharges stress and activates the vagus nerve.

🧘‍♀️ Orient to your environment
Look around, name what you see, hear, and feel. This tells your brain you’re safe right now.

📝 Journal from your body
Go beyond thoughts—what does your anxiety feel like in your chest or belly? Writing from that place creates connection.

🔕 Reduce overstimulation
Turn off notifications. Create moments of quiet. Your nervous system needs space to reset.
