Please join us for a special Yoga by Donation in support of our colleague and friend, Laura Porter, who is navigating a scary health crisis.

🧘‍♀️ When: Tuesday, September 16 at 5:30 PM
📍 Where: Sustainable Hill Resort – 301 Scotch Village Station Road.

Yoga will be held on a covered outdoor deck beside the Herbert River (please bring your own yoga mat, bug spray and waste bottle!)

Ways to Support Laura & Her Family:

• Join the class: Practice yoga in community and donate what you can.

• Bring a meal: Help stock Laura’s freezer with ready-to-go family meals.

• Donate directly: If you can’t attend, contributions are welcome via e-transfer! Cash donations will also be accepted before or during the class.

✨ Together, we can show Laura and her family how loved and supported they are during this time.
