PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

It is an excellent food for aiding weight loss and for reducing cholesterol.
Bananas provide quick fuel to the liver and wakes up sleepy cells, increasing their ingenuity and work output. Bananas also soothe the linings of the intestinal tract and the nerves attached to the intestinal tract. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 Medjool date (optional)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional) + more for topping
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (or water for fat-free version)
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
