*Treatment Massage*
This treatment is tailored to your issue by applying massage, stretches, isometrics, and a choice of modalities and healing techniques where required. Targets overall muscular aches and joint stiffness, or works ideally on specific injuries. If you have neck, back, hip, shoulder pains, etc... this treatment is for you!

*Jade Therapeutic Treatment*
Adding the Jade (micro-currant and derma ray) to an injury to reduce inflammation, energize the affected area, break down tension, spasms, contractors and bio chemical waste deposits in tissues. Works like a charm and is unique to Bodysense.

*Relaxation Massage*
Unwind with a peaceful Swedish massage in a warm, cozy environment with soft music and a soothing touch.

*Detox Ionic Footbath*
Draw out toxins, metals, etc...Clients often share a sense of well being, energy, and/or relaxation afterwards.

*Hair Growth Stimulating Treatment*
Half hour treatment twice a week to encourage blocked glands to open, and hair follicles regenerate by adding lots of circulation to scalp area.


*Stretch Mark Treatment*
Stimulation of lymph, and energizing damaged tissue that that had been stretched. Stretch marks begin to soften and fade. Results depend on age of stretch marks and lifestyle habits. Often results noticeable after first treatment.

*Jade Facial Treatments*
To rehabilitate facial tissue by increasing circulation, oxygenation, and muscle tone. Decrease the causes of facial lines (spasms, calcium deposits, etc.) A nice skin lift, line softener and improvement to overall skin integrity and pallor. Packages and individual treatments available.

All set up and ready for this weekend’s WFN Health & Wellness event.
And what a great experience it’s been so far.
Even in just the setting up😊

Looking forward to meeting lots of people coming for a health boost from the mini sessions being offered by myself and a variety of other exceptional Practitioner’s.

As well as those looking to just learn & explore options that are available.
There are also many Vendor’s showcasing their lovely health related products for a variety of topic’s and uses.

Lovely gift bag’s were presented to us all just for participating & many great people met just in the setting up. Im so excited, and it just feels so good to be apart of this.

Update: I have been invited into the Healing Room with other WFN Healer’s to offer 20 min. sessions, throughout the two days.
I’m honoured and grateful to have been invited. Costs are covered by the WFN. So all you have to do is come and enjoy.

Because of this opportunity, I wont be able to offer the meditation & somatic segment’s but focused on the offerings over the two days.

Again, this is a private Health & Wellness event for those who are or are living on WFN land.

As well as Somatic movement, to release and soften at 2:00 pm. Each day!

This gentlemen has had complication’s after back surgery on a previously diagnosed spinal stenosis.

Initially, when we recently met, it was a shoulder & neck issue he asked to have worked on.
This is now treatment session # 3, and he shared that the neck/shoulder are doing much better.

So today, we embarked to explore some of the lingering nerve damage causing numbness along the right leg & into the foot.
The session consisted of massage, mobilization and dermaray.
Focused on the alignment of the foot, ankle, knee and hip, joint stability along the right leg.
As well as treating the numbness along his leg and foot.

And, added a little homework to do in between; )

This body was, and is ready to heal!🙂
An incredible response and such a great energy to work with.

We’re both very encouraged and excited to see where this goes…
Very grateful for what and how much has improved.

I have to warn you, it’s a pretty laid back workout, and works nicely.

Warning: very high probability that you’re going to leave glowing!✨😯

I use a microcurrent machine, that does not exhibit a “taser” like sensation, (as some can). So not to worry!

Offering a high vibrational frequency current, that feels comfortable while still doing the work.

It uses gem stones placed into the machine settings that the energy goes through, in order to create the various frequencies & settings I can choose from. Addressing various skin conditions & concerns.

It is like is a workout for your facial muscles!
Repeat as often as you’d like for long lasting results or as a pick me, or for special occasion’s. I’ll share some tips to use at home as well.

This Client was needing assistance recovering from injury causing shoulder & elbow pain.
After working through a mobility assessment we were able to treat and release deep guarded muscles & fascia. And fortunately, regained full range of motion of the arm with pain relief.

Many modalities and techniques were applied. Here I share just a couple, in these awkwardly taken photo’s, 🤷‍♀️lol. But basically, I applied massage, stretching, compression movements, vibration, heat, frequency & cupping in this session. Relaxing muscle, lengthening fascia, joint alignment & , addressing inflammation.
As well as softening contractures and just making it as comfortable and invigorating as possible.

Other area’s were addressed in another session shortly after to further balance recover from the wear & tear of heavy repetitive movements. Looong hours & shift work.
I shared a few specific stretches and tips to help continue the progress, as well as to use when away at work.

It’s so often grueling work these trades people endure., And to maintain longevity, your body needs care, attention and the reward of unwinding the stress accumulated.
As best as possible…

So grateful for the skills and commitment these strong individuals offer. None that AI can ever replace; )

Stay strong, healthy and enjoy the journey. You deserve whatever care is required, to do what you do, in as best a way as possible.
