As I made a choice to choose me, to experience life with ease, grace and flow, something changed. There are no words to describe what changed, only a new calm, a resonance of understanding and a confidence I've never felt before.

Life is amazing! This journey has been nothing short of incredible. From learning how to work in the quantum field, work with source energy, guides and my superconscious to create the life I want to working with others and providing outcomes that they want it is amazing to walk through life with a new perception and trust for what I am creating in my life.

Seeing people heal from chronic illness, pain and emotional issues, let go of the past and step into a future of their choice makes my heart glow.

Watching incredible opportunities to make money in different unexpected ways, teach fitness and yoga, host retreats and run my business to continue to make a difference in the world is beyond words for how excited and happy I am.

On my journey there have been times when I have felt absolutely crazy.

I was asked this week if I was on good drugs or doing voodoo .

I can say definitely neither.

If you had asked me 3 years ago if I would be a quantum healer that changes lives, I would have laughed at you and said I'm not psychic or intuitive in any way. I am just human and life is happening to me.

When my pain lifted with words I knew that I would never see life the same way. I actually dropped all my bad habits and stepped into learning absolutely everything I could to do for others what I experienced myself

Today I love to help others connect to their energy and learn how to heal in ways we are told are not possible.

I use my knowledge, wisdom and frequency to connect to the past, present and future with the help of our guides, source and higher-self to release emotions, mindsets and identities, create creative tension, structure and forward momentum to step into a life you love.
