Meditation can be as simple as walking in the woods, counting your steps, and observing the world around you as you breath. I find repetitive counting soothing, especially if I match it to my breath. How many counts is an inhale? An exhale? Try a walking meditation today and let me know how it felt 🌲

Double masked here, to keep myself and others safe…not easy to teach yoga/breath with two masks and an anxiety disorder 😂 So happy to be back at Mulgrave teaching yoga to Gr 6/7’s, this view is breath taking! Tensions are high, you can feel the anxiety in teachers and students alike. Everyone is nervous and on edge. Thank god for yoga, Covid life is hard yo’. If you’re struggling ITS OK. If you feel alone YOU’RE NOT ALONE. If your tired SO AM I FRIEND. Let’s hold space for each other.
