The Helpful Hippy has officially been rocking things at The Studio Weyburn for a whole year!
To celebrate this beautiful milestone, I’ll be diving into some wonderful new trainings to expand what’s offered on the menu.
There will still be a few pop-up classes through the winter season — keep an eye here and on The Helpful Hippy’s pages for updates!

Girls come join us for an hour of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation made just for YOU. We’ll move, stretch, and flow while building strength, confidence, and calm—and of course, have fun together in a safe, supportive space🌸

This is a safe and supportive space for girls to connect—with themselves and with others. 💜
