Ha, no it will not be installed later tonight, or the next.

My phone is on airplane mode overnight, every night. It stays that way for the first hour of my morning too.

Why?

Because that’s my time. My sleep is important. I prioritise it. No outside influences.

Today in my sleep research I learned:

A 2018 study from Baylor University showed people who do a TO-DO LIST 5 mins before bed fell asleep faster than those who made a list of things they had completed that day. The more detailed the to-do list, the better the results.

This surprised me. I was sure when I started reading this that listing tasks completed during the day would bring a sense of accomplishment and reassure the person of all the things they actually got done that day (I guess it could remind them of all the things they didn't get done too?), and create a positive mood for sleep.

Well there ya go, get your TO-DO LIST done before bed and get to sleep faster.
