✨ Work happens in the stolen moments of my day
✨ My office is out in conversation with others
✨ When I ‘opened’ this office of mine I was just as uncertain as you may be feeling right now reading this!
My advice - jump in 🕺
And also what I didn’t see coming was the monthly 💰 that just grows and grows and the friendships created near and far 🌏

Tip #4... Twas the week before Christmas 🎄 .
If you’re trying to stay committed to a training routine, but sometimes struggle to stick with it, maybe it’s time to find a buddy!
Someone to keep you accountable and someone you will show up for. Doesn’t have to be for every session but a few out of the week. I love training on my own but I also know that I need to plan a bike ride or gym session with someone so that I don’t bail out on my workout! .
