Time to pause and renew your connection to self as we unfold into Autumn.

Join Heidi for a morning of exploring the “art of being” and hot/cold/rest cycles at AIKA SPA, a hidden sanctuary in the Squamish Valley.

This is your opportunity to foster slowing down, releasing, creating clarity and presence as Autumn settles in. Much like a leaf falling from a tree we are asked to surrender. The season of Fall asks us to deepen our awareness of our attachments and where can we cultivate more space by letting go.

Through grounding meditations, journal prompts, breath techniques, water therapy and open discussions you’ll nurture a deeper connection to self whilst rooted in nature.

A morning of pause and discovery at the idyllic AIKA SPA.

Location:
AIKA SPA located in the Squamish Valley. An earthy haven just a short drive away from the bustle of Vancouver and Whistler.
