What to expect: nervous system work, gentle yoga, breath techniques, reflection, connection and deep rest.

Join Heidi for a morning of exploring the “art of being” and HOT/COLD/REST cycles at AIKA SPA, a hidden sanctuary in the Squamish Valley.

This is your opportunity to embrace slowness, explore silence and the dream space of winter. Like a blanket of snow this is our time to gather and hold each other.
