But before we get to that, we want to say again that our hearts are with EVERYONE affected by the wildfires in the CBN communities. 💙 We know these are incredibly challenging times, and our thoughts are with you all.

Amidst everything going on, we’ve wanted to share something we’ve been quietly working on…

In just a few more weeks, we’ll be opening our second location in the Town of Whitbourne! 🤩 We can’t wait to become part of the Whitbourne community and connect with the wonderful people in the surrounding areas.

And with the new location, means we are also HIRING additional healthcare practitioners to join our our team. If you are passionate about supporting others in a caring, team-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

We're excited to welcome Dr. Mitchel Elliott to the TEAM, starting December 6th! 🤩

Dr. Elliott brings a wealth of knowledge in human biomechanics, physiology, and anatomy, with a background in kinesiology from Memorial University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

His personalized approach to care includes a combination of joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, cupping, dry needling, vibration therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques, exercise, and patient education. Dr. Elliott focuses on empowering his patients, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to manage their injuries and conditions independently.

Dr. Elliott’s treatments include corrective exercises designed to improve body awareness, motor control, and overall movement quality.

Offering 60-minute initial assessments, with follow-up appointments available in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. He is available on Fridays and the first Saturday of each month.
