Nurse Practitioner Psychotherapists like me specialize in providing support for individuals who are experiencing the unique trials of postpartum and newborn care. We employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches
healthcare knowledge & medical expertise, and nurturing techniques to guide you through this phase of life and provide effective solutions.

More specifically, I work with new parents, both moms and dads, who are navigating the intricacies of postpartum and newborn care.
