Aubrey and I are checked out for a little vacation time ☀️ 🌴

Set-up for a lovely corporate group today 🩷

I very rarely teach corporate/private classes, but this group is just so lovely. They spend a lot of time working on computers at desks, so I guide them through our Alleviate class, with a guided meditation to finish.

I have to shout out a client for creating her own little mini retreat at Veda and Salt today. She booked everything herself and lined up the times perfectly:

9am Essentials class with Emily at Veda
10am Salt Room session down the hall with Salt
11am Hand and foot salt detox session with Salt
12pm Indian Head Massage with Sophie at Veda

Clients will regularly book these back to back sessions and services, but this might be the first time I’ve seen a four hour session and planned so well 😍😍

If you’re looking to book your own mini retreat like this, I find Saturdays are the best day to do it!

Join us in the salt room on Sundays for our 60 min wall yin practice. The perfect chance to rest, deepen your practice, and breathe in the healing salt.

Use your membership or passes for this special weekly class!

You can also join us in on Wednesdays at 12pm for Sleep, a 45 minute yoga Nidra practice.
