Winter at Veda ❄️
I’m excited to share our schedule for the next 3 months, starting on Monday December 22nd.
Some schedule highlights to note:
❄️ new class: Calm Core. Taught by Tara on Mondays will be a therapeutic style of pilates. Designed to strengthen the core while also calming the nervous system
❄️ new class: Gentle + Grounded. Taught by Brea on Wednesdays at 8pm, is a slow nurturing class that blends gentle stretching with intentional pauses in longer, supported holds.
❄️ new class: Breathe (salt). Another opportunity to join us in the salt room. Taught by Sophie on Saturday mornings at 9am. This class will focus on gentle pranayama and intentional rest.
❄️ extended class time: Long Restore, with Parul on Thursday nights will be the delicious restorative class you know well, but now 75 minutes.
❄️ monthly journalling session with Katie
Also please note the evening schedules. To accommodate back to working in person and tackling the go train, our evenings will run on two schedules:
Monday and Wednesday evenings: 6:30pm and 8pm
Tuesday and Thursday evenings: 5:30pm, 6:45pm, and 8pm
That does mean our Tuesdays and Thursdays are returning to 15 minute breaks between classes. So the studio will not be open early. Thanks for working with us as we get used to this again 🩷
