Thai Restore workshops are back for the Fall!

Gillian will guide you through a deeply soothing Restorative style yoga practice, using gentle poses supported by props to promote rest and relaxation. Once you’re settled, Gillian will move throughout the space, offering Thai Yoga adjustments.

I’ve spent a ton of time laying on a yoga mat because the class I signed up for did not support my body 👎🏼

And when I couldn’t find a class that suited my needs, I created one with my scoliosis in mind. Turns out, more people need this style of movement.
