I find that every few years I fall out of love with my way I connect with fitness & keeping myself healthy.
I am currently in that season and I am trying to find a new medium for my workouts. Strictly lifting weights is something I always find my way back too, but I am in need of something different. Today I tried more functional training, lifting weights for everyday movements and I timed myself on how quickly I could get it done with cardio to break it up. I did 6 rounds total of 6 exercises with the same weight on each exercise, and interspersed running.
I would rate this a 7/10 way to get my workout in.
