As some of you may know, I have been volunteering at Hospice Yukon for the past few years offering healing touch sessions…

Taking this training was the beginning of a beautiful journey for me and others… and it’s coming back to Whitehorse!

I have a the opportunity to take Level 1, not once but twice with Jeanette 🙂 … I enjoyed it so much…

I have also been fortunate to take Level 2 & 3 in the last few years… and I would also repeat these courses, if I could, this time around!

✨Happy Holidays to all! Whishing everyone a quiet and restful time 😇🧘...

While slowing down on the clinical side of things; there is never a dull moment when you are addicted to learning new skills!

Behind the scene, my busy brain continues to integrate new information and practice interesting modalities!

Being passionate about healing the physical body (physio 💪), I enjoy continuing the pursuit of learning about other ways to support the person as a whole. This latest training allows me to offer Crystal Healing sessions on its own or combined with Reiki sessions.

To all crystal 🌟 lovers out there, this is a beautiful time of year to reconnect with your favorite stones and help you slow down and enjoy being in the present moment.

Starting January 2026, my clinical space will re-open and all energy healing sessions are home-based; meaning I come to you 😊...

🌷Spring Update!!! It has been a while 😃

🧘‍♀️YOGA offerings:
* This summer will be a time to deepen my personal practice and joining "Northern Nomad Cassiar Moutains horseback riding and yoga retreat" in the wild in July. I'll be offering Reiki sessions, guiding meditations and teaching yoga classes to the retreat group supporting the owner throughout this journey!

* Hot springs Yoga paused for the summer resuming in the fall...

💪PHYSIO clinic:
* Online booking will be closed for the summer as of June 13th 2025. I will not be able to see outpatient clients for physiotherapy services during the summer 2025. New projects pending.

✨REIKI sessions:
* Always available; I will be relocating my offerings at my place in the woods near the Hot springs; Message me directly for booking: Online bookings closed for the summer months.

Winter Solstice is approaching 🕯️…

This is always a great time to slow down, reconnect with your priorities and spend a bit of time quieting the mind! 🙏

The “Simply Healing clinic” (Me 😉 ) will be spending time recharging from December 20th - January 11th.

You can find me teaching a few yoga classes at the hotsprings throughout the holidays…

Next session begins on Monday, January 13, and run through March 3, 5:30 to 7:00 pm. There will be no class on February 24.

Payment options are as follows:

$25 per drop-in
$140 for the 7-class session from January to March
$200 for a 10-class pass to be used any time in the 2025 calendar year
Upcoming 2025 sessions:

Mondays, March 31 - June 9
Mondays and Wednesdays, September 16 - December 1
