I quit doing full health rebuilds in January a few years ago. It felt unnatural, tough and I would be miserable all January.

Now I dive deep into healing in January. Add in nourishing foods, stretch, wear my red light face mask and hang out with friends.

Winter where I am is usually the coldest of the year and I love eating warm nourishing meals.

This is your reminder to eat as much as you want just make sure you are nourishing the body. Your body and mind will thank you.

This one is very important to me. When I decided to not have kids it was because my health was trash and I didn’t think it was a good idea. I knew how hard moms worked and didn’t think my body could handle it.

When my health improved and I balanced most things out, having kids seemed a lot less scary.

Now I want to encourage women to build themselves up before kids and replenish after.

and it’s not just for the health of your baby but the health of you.

Babies take everything, so if you want to keep everything high in order for your health not to plummet post partum.

The amount of mom I hear struggling with so many symptoms and think fatigue is normal (a little obviously is).

Once you get pregnant, it doesn’t stop. Pregnancy - postpartum - raising kids - working. Your body is burning through major minerals at a rapid rate.

So whether you want to get pregnant and set yourself up for the most energy or you are a mother who wants to have good health for yourself and your family. Maybe it is time to check in on your foundational health.
