It’s been a busy couple of weeks! Last week I was volunteering all week at the biathlon range for AWG. Doing that allowed me to witness my son compete all week and take home 4 ulus 🤩. It was cold out there but felt so good to be part of the event and to feel the excitement of it all.

I do have a quantum healing sound bath coming up again on March 29 with Lauren Manekin Beille. And then new dates have been set for April to June! Every other Sunday following March 29. Everything to be up and posted soon! I’m looking forward to seeing you all again ❤️✨🤩
