In this joint session, while emersed in Heather’s crystal singing bowl sound bath, Lauren will begin by offering a gentle color-based energy reset for the entire group, using the 12 fundamental colors of Quantum-Touch® to support balance and well-being while participants simply relax. She will then move around the room and offer brief individual work, using a 12-center (chakra) method to quickly clear and realign the body’s overall energy pathway. The combination of this work with the resonant tones of the crystal sound bowls creates a powerful, layered experience that can deepen relaxation, ease, and a sense of restoration.
