In this joint session, while emersed in Heather’s sound bath, Lauren will perform group a Quantum-Touch® Energetic Amplification, a process that introduces the twelve fundamental colors said to form an energetic blueprint for well-being within each cell and throughout the auric field.

The inner colors bring support for vitality, intuition, and your body’s natural building blocks, while the outer colors nurture creativity, truth, compassion, protection, and the higher layers of emotional and spiritual balance. Together, these vibrations help reset both your internal energy centers and your external layers of the aura, much like refreshing a system back to its original, coherent design.

As the amplified colors flow, participants may experience a deep reboot of their natural energy field—restoring clarity, resilience, and harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Accompanied by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, this session combines energy work and sound in a multidimensional field of healing, inviting each participant to return to a state of balance, coherence, and renewal.

About Lauren Manekin Beille:
The gift of Quantum-Touch® came to Lauren at the same time she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During a session, a practitioner said to her, “This too is your work, Lauren.” That moment marked the beginning of her journey as a Certified Practitioner with energy work.

Her practice is centered on helping people reconnect with their own vitality, resilience, and balance. Using breath, intention, and focused awareness, she supports the body’s natural intelligence to heal. Beyond Quantum-Touch, Lauren works as a consultant in program development, leading projects in education, housing, and cultural development. Whether with individuals or communities, her work is guided by the same spirit of empowerment: restoring balance, dignity, and possibility.

What do I need to bring?
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for the floor. Dress according to your personal temperature. If you run cold, bring a blanket, if you run warm, dress in loose layers. It is encouraged for you to bring a water bottle and you are welcome to bring any crystals you would like to charge.

I have been absolutely loving providing crystal singing bowl sound baths this year. Thank you to everyone who has come out to bathe in the healing sounds. I am so grateful for all of your support and feedback. There have been some very powerful experiences and I love hearing about all of them!
I am taking a little summer break…which is good because the studio is super hot now! I will work to get new dates scheduled for Aug/Sept with maybe an impromptu outdoor session or two at some point in August.

In collaboration with Katy Gill of Harmonia Grief Doula, we will be hosting another Grief workshop on June 22nd in Riverdale!

If you are grieving a person or pet and would like to be in a safe space to feel your grief and not feel alone, this workshop is for you.
If you do not own a yoga mat, the floor is fully covered in plush mats, so it is comfy! Also, if you would like to bring a small pillow to sit on/have under your head or knees during meditation, please do! Bring what you need to feel cozy. We suggest bringing a journal to write in after meditation and water.
