HEY WINTROVERTS!!!
It’s been a doozie of a winter. If you can convince yourself to emerge from your cozy cave, shed the bathrobe for 1.5 hours, remember how knees work, come and shake off some of those winter heavies.

This is dancing with built-in introversion: everyone gets their own headset, moving in their own northern bubble (no small talk, no explaining when a fuzzy kitten-covered bathrobe became acceptable dancewear) while still sharing that rare and wonderful feeling of being together with other humans who have also survived this brutal dark/cold snap and decided it’s time to thaw out juuuust a bit.

One last note as I crawl out of my own hole: the cool thing about dancing together is that we co-regulate and up-regulate our nervous systems without even trying. We morph into a bunch of bouncing pharmacies brimming with serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins and dopamine. That’s just the easy, sneaky magic of dancing together 🥰🎶
