So why “Pass the Apple”?

Well, apples 🍎 are often representative of knowledge and health, and the girl in this picture 👇🏻 feels that her life purpose is strongly connected to sharing the knowledge that helped bring her to better health.

A lifelong struggle with depression and low self-esteem, then more recent struggles with anxiety and PTSD, and this girl hit some very low lows. But she never gave up and she tried all types of self-help strategies, therapy, and medication. The more she learned and the more she healed, the more she wanted to share her knowledge with others.

She has always been a naturally born teacher and now she’s found a passion worth teaching about. She’s ready to PASS THE APPLE 🍎.
